New Media Age are reporting that Microsoft AdCenter will shortly be introducing its “Wealth Index” system to the UK. This will allow us to target searchers of a certain wealth level.
This sounds like a godsend, particularly for niche players targeting few high net worth customers. I dare say it will be eventually, but at the moment this is just a small step towards that goal.
Whilst we should commend AdCenter for making this available, advertiser excitement needs to be contained as AdCenter’s market share is still very limited. If Google were to implement something similar however
