I recently wrote a post about online shopping becoming more social and now Diesel have come up with a cool way to connect in-store shopping to Facebook.

Basically the idea is that customers try on the clothes in store then log on to their Facebook account and post photos of themselves modelling the latest trend. Now for me – the ultimate indecisive shopper, this is quite appealing as I could simply gain the opinions of my Facebook friends rather than have to drag my fed-up partner along!

I’m really impressed with Diesel’s innovation to install cameras that use Facebook Connect and I’m sure they’ll become more common in our favourite designer stores, in the same way that we see the group of youths testing out their ‘Guitar Hero’ skills in HMV.
