I read a good article (Search Engine Land) on optimising your website for local search by creating individual employee pages. Basically the view is to create separate pages for your employees and include info such as contact details, links to blog posts and LinkedIn profiles. I think its definitely something worth pursuing as it shouldn’t require too much effort, time or SEO knowledge to implement.
In cases where an employee may be known and searched-for online, companies should seriously consider highlighting that employee on their website to make their businesses far easier to find.
