Matt Cutts from Google has said that version 4.0 of the Google Panda algorithm has been rolled out.
Google is rolling out our Panda 4.0 update starting today.

If you don’t recall what the Panda doesn’t like, it’s thin and poor quality content assessed by humans and then fed into Google’s machine learning capabilities. If you’ve been ranking well for a naff site with loads of horrible advertising then this particular panda might chew that to pieces like so many stalks of bamboo.
Google near-continuously updates and refreshes how the algorithms function, but they let us know when there’s a particularly big update coming out. This is such an update, and is though to impact about 7.5% of English language searches.
We’ll let you know what changes we see over the coming days.
