Simple but Fantastic Conversion Tip

Sometimes you stumble across a gem. This tip taken from Dayton Bird’s Bird Droppings Blog (it’s amazing where you find yourself on the web these days):

“A prospect has just rung up to ask what you do and how you can help them. Now answer them by reading the copy on your home page out loud.”

The full article is worth a read to really put it into context but I am off to read our copy and see if it answers that question. I rather suspect it doesn’t!
