Particular thanks to James for being brave enough to stand up and tell us all about his business. Hopefully the keyword research he got out of it will form the basis of a successful campaign.
I forgot to come back to the click fraud issue at the end of the seminar. The point that I wanted to make is that provided you track all your conversions, and are happy that the amount you are spending on securing customers is acceptable, then the issue of click fraud is negated.
This is not to say that it is a non-issue. It isn’t, but with a bit of vigilance, it is a manageable one.
