LINK: Tinker with WordPress themes

Anatomy of WordPress theme

At Attacat we like WordPress. You can build a simple blog or a fancy, fully-furnished website without a lot of the hassle involved in your normal site build. And it’s free!

Mostly it’s best to use a web developer if you want to develop a unique theme for your website, but it’s always good to have a bit of knowledge as to how the themes work so that you can make tiny tweaks if required. That’s where the chaps at Yoast have helped out, providing a cool infographic that explains what the mains ‘chunks’ of the theme are classified as in the code so you can have a slightly easier introduction to theme-tinkering.
