Natural High Safaris ( www.naturalhighsafaris.com ) specialise in luxury tailor made safaris to the less visited, unspoilt parts of Tanzania
Objective
To deliver the maximum number of customers within a fixed budget by generating high quality on and offline enquiries (Natural High caters to a niche of the more wild luxury traveller who values the remote and unspoilt and has the ability to pay for it. Many companies appear to provide such an offering, but in reality, very few do – part of the challenge is getting this message over)
Method
Attacat have been managing Natural High’s search engine advertising for four years. The campaign focuses on otherwise undiscovered niche phrases that identify the searcher as likely to be a potential customer as well as some more high volume generic phrases. Bids are carefully managed to ensure that an acceptable cost of customer acquisition is achieved and to take advantage of any “bid gaps”.
The campaign is regularly “turned” up and down dependent on the availability of Natural High’s trained sales consultants.
