Who are Precious Little One?
Precious Little One is one of the biggest and fastest growing nursery retailers in the UK – they have grown rapidly since their inception in 2004, and now supply more than 10,000 different products through their website and retail superstore in Grantham.
To take over the existing Google AdWords (PPC) campaign that was being managed in-house and:
- maximise the profit from the campaign
- free up Precious Little One’s management time
- expand the product ranges after achieving the above objectives – then continue to expand in line with the rapidly growing number of products.
Objectives 1 and 2 were achieved by:
- increasing the number of relevant search phrases they were advertising on – in turn increasing the number of orders
- improving the targeting of the adverts
- revising the website layout
- carrying out detailed analysis of the campaign performance.
For such a large and quickly evolving product range, we make sure we are always available to update new products and price changes at a moment’s notice. Every new product added to the Precious Little One website requires their own keywords and adverts, plus we need to ensure that price changes, out-of-stock products and special offers are quickly updated and accurately represented. We also use sophisticated bid management techniques to ensure that every product advertised is generating profits, comparing the cost of advertising with the average order value of each customer.
In just six months we grew sales revenues from Pay Per Click activity by over 160% while, at the same time, increasing the profitability of each advertising pound spent. Now one of the largest online nursery retailers in the UK, Precious Little One has recently opened its first physical retail store in Grantham.
