Attacat selected as a Google Premier Partner!

BIG news!

In a series of continuing firsts for our agency, we are proud to announce that Attacat has officially been chosen as one of the first Google Premier Partners!

This programme, as an extension of their existing Partners initiative, is the highest certification that currently exists within Google and allows us to work even closer with them and receive exclusive support not available to non-Premier members. This means we will have access to upcoming beta launches, new features, regular training and certification updates, and visibility as a Certified Google Premier Partner (complete with a new badge we’ll soon be able to display on our site!).


We were chosen due to our ability to regularly demonstrate knowledge and expertise of specific Google AdWords advertising products and are listed here as specialising in the following certifications:

  • Search
  • Mobile
  • Display
  • Shopping



A brief history of Googling

As you may know, Attacat have had a rather long-standing relationship with Google since Tim, our MD, was one of the world’s first Google certified professionals back in 2004.

Over the years, we have worked closely with Google to ensure we stay up to date on our certifications within the agency, which led to us to being chosen as one of initially 20 UK agencies to become part of the Google Elevator program in 2015 and Tim being hand picked to partake in their elite business coaching programme.

Our proven ability to grow from strength to strength and show great potential has led us to become further involved in Google training with our PPC team regularly going to London to update their qualifications through one day training “bootcamps”. Late last year, two of our Account Managers, Charlotte (SEO) and Jon (Client Relations) were chosen to participate in, and have now completed, the Squared Online course – a top qualification designed to turn rising stars into digital leaders.


Most recently, in June, the entire Attacat team got the opportunity to fly to Dublin for a day/night of learning and exploration at Google Headquarters. It was an eye opening experience for many of us as we have had quite a few join the team over the past few months and this allowed us to learn so much more about this close relationship we share with the search giant and how we can use this extended access to grow our agency further in all aspects.

This is big news for our small agency and we are looking forward to seeing how we can turn this additional knowledge and skill set into increased growth for our clients. We look forward to experimenting with new releases from Google (especially the beta programs!) and expanding on certifications as more become available.
