Attacat are looking for an experienced HubSpot Solutions Architect. You will be using HubSpot to solve complex challenges.

As the HubSpot Solutions Architect, you will have a key leadership role within the Attacat digital transformation team.

You will lead (and help build ) a team capable of building high quality CRM solutions.  You’ll manage, coach and develop a small number of staff with a focus on performance and career development.

  • Define advanced technical solutions using HubSspot which solve customers complex tech stack challenges.
  • Proactively identify integration and technical architecture solutions for customers looking to migrate or implement complex CRM solutions.
  • Define long term technical and strategic platform roadmaps to help our customers integrate HubSpot deeper into their technology stack.
  • Present clearly defined solution architecture for the identified roadmap. From both a technical and business process perspective.
  • Recommend the right internal and external services resources to execute on the roadmap.
  • Demonstrate platform expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or related customer experience applications.
  • Possess deep technical architecture experience; the ability to integrate complex systems; understand the concepts of how API connections work and be able to use them to manage the flow of data; think critically about the customer use case and be able to design a system to solve for that use case; and comfortability with integrations systems and design.
  • Communicate and build relationships with senior technical and business customer stakeholders
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior client contacts and their teams as you look for ways to drive deeper integration with the Hubspot platform
  • You will work closely with our Director, Digital Transformation to shape our overall offering
  • Keep pace with all aspects of HubSpot technical developments.
  • Ensure all new HubSpot implementations are recorded and communicated to relevant Attacat people.

  • Experienced: Possess 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing, solutions architect or solution consulting role
  • Previous HubSpot experience a huge advantage but not mandatory
  • Has experience with cloud computing services such as Google Cloud & Microsoft Azure
  • Have a track record working on complex digital transformation projects
  • Can manage several complex customer engagements simultaneously and ensure a successful and timely completion
  • Strong communicator. You must convey expertise in explaining complex, technical concepts to all levels of users;
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations.
  • Passionate about developing people
