You will either join our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team or our Google Ads team. Either way you should expect to do a lot of learning & work your way up through the ranks.
You’ll manage campaigns for our clients on the world’s largest advertising platform: Google Ads.
Delivering effective campaigns requires understanding a challenging but fascinating combination of potential customers’ needs and behaviours, rapidly advancing technology, basic statistics and marketing techniques.
As important as the delivery of campaigns, is your ability to build the trust of your clients. So you’ll need to be someone who can communicate strongly and be able to understand your clients’ businesses as well as their individual communication preferences.
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. There is both a software aspect (the CRM system) and a people and process part. Your role is to assist and advise our clients on the operational aspects of the experience they offer their customers.
You’ll become an expert user of HubSpot (the CRM software) and will assist our clients to implement the software. You’ll be responsible for configuring, training and coaching as well as ensuring onboarding projects run smoothly. Spanning marketing, sales and customer service you’ll gain a real understanding of what makes businesses tick.

No experience is required but you’ll need to be someone who takes real pride in their work, have a passion for business, amazing attention to detail, a way with people and be comfortable working with software and a bit of basic maths here and there!
