Alex Salmond, First Minister for Scotland, has visited to cut the ribbon and open Attacat’s new Edinburgh office.
This is a short but sweet post to chart the current change in Googles qualification program.
The qualification in short means more accountabiliy for agencies and the individuals within agencies. For those who answer to ‘internet advertisers’ there is scope to harness your specific skill set and bask in the glory of your achievements.

Attacat are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join the team, training up to be a full Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be degree educated (although not necessarily a recent graduate) with a passion for working in the online advertising and marketing industry. While some experience in the industry would be a plus, no prior experience is required.
A huge thank you to all our clients! 2008 has been a great year for Attacat, all thanks to you. We do genuinely appreciate your business.
I’ve been rather slow on adding our traditional welcome blog posts for our latest new starts. I am however very excited to welcome Eamon and Eoin to the account management team, both of whom birng a new depth of web experience to Attacat.
We currently have two full time positions available as described below. The Trainee Account Manager role is a fast track position for someone qualified to at least degree level. The Assistant role would be ideal for someone who is willing to “muck in” but is keen to build up experience in this rapidly expanding market. No relevant experience is required for either role.
