Ittria’s mission is to be an indispensable source of revenue-generating and money-saving services for letting agents throughout the UK.

Attacat have worked with Ittria to transform their traditional field sales operation to a digital-first approach using HubSpot.

The challenge

Prior to working with Attacat, Ittria employed a field based sales & account management team throughout the UK. There was no single source of prospect & customer data to allow for accurate reporting on sales team performance. Notes & calls were logged in notepads which did not allow the business to have any visibility on the teams performance.

There was no reporting on the effectiveness of their Google Ad spend. There was little to no other marketing in place and the website was clunky at best.

The approach

The core of the approach has been the full implementation and integration of HubSpot Sales Hub and a website migration to transform Ittria’s sales and marketing process.

Clear, credible messaging and supporting content has allowed Ittria’s remarkable offering to speak for itself.

Single customer view

Bringing all customer notes and data into one “digital” place has led to the team being able to deliver a more consistent experience.
