Attacat, working closely with the Nordic team, have delivered strong year-on-year growth for each of the last three years.
Nordic Outdoor’s ambition was to grow their modest online presence from a Donald to a Munro*. They were under no illusions that this would be quick, as they were keen to play to their existing strengths, keep costs low and maximise efficiency to reach dizzy revenue heights in the long term.
*A Munro is a Scottish mountain over 3000ft (i.e. the biggest the UK has to offer and much larger than their baby cousins, the Donalds, who have a prominence of a mere 100ft.)
It was clear that Nordic Outdoor’s key opportunity to beat much larger competitors was to grow visibility for premium, specialist Scandinavian brands such as Hilleberg, and Gransfors Bruks.

Nordic Outdoor have been able to open up a new London store, invest in a re-platforming and take their site to the next level. For Attacat the partnership has allowed us to grow our knowledge of the outdoor clothing and equipment market and continue to fine tune our ecommerce toolkit.
