Smashing a 28% YoY sales target after transforming the customer experience
Verdant Leisure is an expanding holiday park operator offering self-catering lodges and holiday homeownership. They first approached us in 2016 after securing a significant investment. At the time, their online presence was shaky and their marketing and sales operations were manual and intensive. 4 years and six new holiday parks later, we have supported them through website development, growth marketing and an Attacat led marketing, sales and service enablement programme.
The challenge
Verdant recognised that “digital” needed to make a greater contribution. With unsuccessful historical forays into Google ads, systems that didn’t talk to each other, manual processes and an inflexible and confusing website, the challenge was where to start and how to be confident of getting a return. We proposed a small limited investment to begin measuring and learning. Since then it’s been about scaling and continuous improvement to drive sales and customer loyalty.
